I attended a Realtor event for the completed “Bordeaux” plan for Arthur Rutenberg luxury custom homes at Longview last spring. This home sold quickly for $1,412,500 and is longer available, but it made a great impression on me! Situated on a private lot on the 4th green of the golf course, this captivating home features one of the most livable yet luxurious floor plans I’ve ever seen. The gourmet kitchen features a humongous center island, custom cabinetry with upper cabinets that have decorative glass doors, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, and a natural stone backsplash behind the fantastic 42″ hood.

Keeping Room of Bordeaux Model
One of my favorite details of this luxury Longview home is the extraordinary walk-in pantry, whose entrance is cleverly disguised by a large cabinet door. You just walk right through the cabinet to enter your pantry! Genius use of space! The kitchen is open to the great room, which in turn is open to the fabulous outdoor living space. The great room has a unique wet bar with beautiful wine storage. A warm and inviting keeping room sits just off the kitchen, and features a vaulted, beamed ceiling, and beautiful views of the golf course. Another surprise for me was the incredibly designed laundry room with a stainless steel topped island for folding, custom cabinets, a built-in desk and drop zone.
Arthur Rutenberg luxury custom homes have a peaceful and inviting master suite, with all the architectural details you would expect in a luxury custom home – stepped trey ceiling in the bedroom and a barrel vault in the bathroom. The secondary bedrooms also feature vaults and raised heights, all en suite, and the bathrooms feature custom mirrors matching the cabinetry. The fantastic club room upstairs comes with its own wet bar, and tiered seating overlooking the recessed media room. This will be a hub of family activity and is the perfect place to watch our Carolina Panthers and Charlotte Hornets!

There are too many architectural details and surprises to mention!
