My Ballantyne Country Club Real Estate Market Report 2013 shows a healthy increase of 4.52% in the average sales price in this luxury country club neighborhood. This follows another 3.34% increase in average sales prices in 2012 after the rock bottom year of 2011. As my graph below shows, Ballantyne Country Club prices are approaching 2006 levels, before the market crash.
